Deloraine House

This is one of the oldest colonial homes in Nakuru. It is located on the slopes of Mt. Londiani 45 KM’s away from Lake Nakuru National Park on a 3,500 acre piece of land. It has perfect tropical gardens where guests chill and unwind away from their busy lives. It is home to about 80 horses some of the best polo ponies in Kenya.

Guests can indulge in horse riding through the nearby mini forest, hill trekking, nature trails, bird watching or excursions in the nearby parks e.g. Lake Nakuru National park, Lake Bogoria or Lake Baringo. They can also relax in the pool after a day of activities or play lawn tennis.

Accommodation is on the main house or at an annex cottage. The main house is a one storey block with 3 large ensuite bedrooms on the upper floor and 2 ensuite bedrooms on the ground level. The annex cottage has 3 ensuite bedrooms. All bedrooms have a double bed and are furnished with modern furniture with a touch of the African items placed randomly. At the main house there is a spacious dining area and a lounge with huge sofas and cushions to chill with friends and family or just relax with a book or magazine. There is also a spacious verandah that leads to the beautiful gardens and guests can enjoy their meals from there as they watch the African sunset.
